Pools: Per Stoney Creek Covenants only In-Ground pools are allowed.

Do Residents need to notify the HOA for home improvements? (Exterior paint color, shingle replacement fencing, etc...)  YES the modification form can be found in Document Library.  Please submit pictures and detail to HOA management for approval decision which will take about 5-10 business days.  The more info provided, the quicker the turn around.
